Exercise is an important activity which must be inculcated in our lives. It helps us to stay fit and healthy. 

Life is full of fun, but the physical inactiveness can harm us physically as well as mentally.
Exercise plays a very important role in our lives. We must not avoid exercising. 
It makes us stay strong and gives the Strength to fight from every kind of diseases. Also, it keeps diseases away. 
It helps you relieve from body pain and makes your body flexible.

It also adds value to our mental health.
According to the study, those who exercise or involve themselves in daily physical activities tend to a healthy mind along with the body. They are not prone to depression.
The ones who exercise regularly are free from stress, depression and other mental disorders. 
Regular exercise can also cure you from depression and stress. It helps in fighting from mental traumas and brings positive meaning to life.

It helps you to grow your personality.
It is proved that people who exercise regularly have a better personality from the ones who actually do not exercise.
It can make you stable on your daily activities. You stay focused when you exercise. 

It can make you achieve the body type you want to achieve. Every person wants to fit in the dress which is favourite to them. But for some it is loose and for some it is tight. You can get the body figure which can actually make you attractive and perfect to fit in your favourite dresses.

It helps you to get healthy weight. You are neither obused nor too thin. It gets your desirable weight, which is healthy for the body. 
Many people who are not involved in any kind of physical activity are the ones more prone to diseases and do not have the stamina to fight against the disease. 
Once they start exercising, their body cells get stamina and immunity to build new cells and fight every kind of diseases.

Here are five exercises which you can include in your day to day life:

1.   Long distance walk:  You can start with long distance walks.Walk daily for about thirty minutes.
To make it fun you can listen to music or can walk with your friends, family or your partner talking together for good times.

Daily walks can help your weight stable and gets glow into your face.
It will help you build good immunity.

2.  Jogging: You can start jogging for 20- 30 minutes daily. Jogging adds a lot of stamina and immunity.

3. Spot jumps: Spot jumps helps you stay fit and can help you with your height and weight.

4  . Stretching exercise: Stretch your whole body and it will make you feel better. 
Stretching helps you to cure muscle pain and also keep them away 

5. Planks: Planks are full body type exercise which makes core muscles strong and keep extra fats away. It burns the overall body fat.

6. Side bend: Side bends stretch your belly muscles and gives perfect belly. Most of women have a big belly. You can add 5 minutes of belly stretching routine to your life to get rid of belly  fat. It also goes for men.

7. Squats: Do 2 sets of 25 every day. It will help you with core muscles as well as strong toned thighs.
