Paneer Makhani Roll - Soft and Mellow paneer cubes cooked in luscious creamy gravy, leaving you crave for more 😋 
I seldom cook authentic Indian food, but when I do it has to be paneermakhani ❤️
Ingredients:
For Paneer Makhani Gravy : 
1/2 cup water 
1 tsp butter 
1 tsp oil 
1 tsp jeera 
1 tsp red chilli powder 
1 cup diced onions 
2 cups diced tomatoes 
4-6 garlic cloves 
1 tbsp chopped ginger 
1/4 cup chopped cashews 
1/4 cup fresh cream 
1 tsp Kasturi methi 
1 tsp sugar (optional)
Salt as per taste 
For dough : 
1 cup maida 
1 cup aata 
2 tsp oil 
1/2 cup water 
Salt as per taste 
For paneer : 
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter 
1 cup paneer cubes 
1 tsp red chilli powder 
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
Salt as per taste 
For assembling : 
Lettuce leaves 
Onion slices 
Mayonnaise 
Chaat masala 
Bell peppers 
Method : 
For gravy : Heat some oil and sauté all the ingredients well. Add masalas and water. Cook for 5-7 mins. Grind it smooth. 
For paneer : Heat some oil and butter. Add masalas and roast paneer on both sides. Lastly add gravy , cream and Kasturi methi and mix well. 
For dough : Knead a soft dough and let it rest for 15 mins. Divide it into 6 halves and roll it thin. Roast it on both sides with some butter. 
Assemble it well and gobble!
