Now that we know all the ingredients let's begin cooking! 😁😋

Mathod
🥢 First, we will start with the basic step. Take a utensil and put it on the stove. Add water in it. Depending on the quantity of your pasta, the water should be enough to soak the pasta entirely. Now let it boil on medium to high flame. It should take about 7 to 10 minutes for the pasta to boil completely.

🥢 By the time our pasta is boiling, we will quickly start preparing the creamy sauce.

🧀 Start by taking a pan and add 2 teaspoons of butter or desi ghee. Keep the flame on medium and once the butter is melted and hot add 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour (maida). Keep stirring constantly until a thick batter-type consistency is seen. Let the flour turn golden and roasted.

🧀 When you notice the flour turning golden take the jar of milk in your one hand and be prepared to stir with your other hand. Add a little milk and stir continuously.
Gradually add all the milk. The quantity would depend on the quantity of pasta, about 2, or 2 and a half cups would be good.

🧀 Keep stirring the mixture and let it thicken. The consistency would be a little flowy but thick. Once the milk boils and thickens properly, add the spices.

🧀 Start with adding 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon of oregano, pepper and salt as per taste.

🧀 Now the twist comes here. To make this recipe masaledaar we need to add 1 teaspoon pasta masala and less than a teaspoon of peri peri masala.

🧀 Now add some mozarella cheese and mix everything well. Let everything come to a boil on medium flame.
You can add some more pasta masala and peri peri as per your choice of flavour.
Pasta masala tastes like tangy tomato whereas peri peri masala is spicy and has more of a hot taste.

Finally add the boiled pasta and stir well. Let it stay on the flame for a minute or two and then take it out in a serving dish. Sprinkle a little oregano and chilli flakes and serve it hot.
