What is the secret of Leadership?

We all have beliefs about what we can do and more importantly what we cannot do. We grow believing in our own limitations and weaknesses. We believe in our own barriers. Our beliefs about what we cannot do often limit our achievements. If you want to actually change the outcome then start by changing your beliefs.
Leadership also serves the motive of chasing your goals. As you strive to accomplish your dreams and ambitions, disregard the people who tell you it can't be done. Ignore the negative force and go for the best. Chase your dreams. Giving up is easy but setting your goals are striving for it is the real hardwork.

When striving for success it is really important to learn to cope up with failure. We get so busy staring at closed doors at times that we bang our head against it and fail to spot the other door opening. We indeed have an incredible power inside us. We can chain down our own self limiting beliefs and smash it to break the chain. Worrying about short comings and arriving at success lay horizontally opposite. When striving for success, lead the way. Learn to make the most of what you have.

We always say Confront your fears but in Real World one must embrace it because only then you will find out that you can also conquer them.

Good Leaders ensure that they continue to stretch and challenge themselves. The term themselves as high achievers and work relentlessly to raise the bar. They believe in allowing their choices to be dictates by what they want to achieve in life. And not on the basis of sequence in which those options are appearing. They hold the ability to stick it out and presevere it which is priceless. Not expecting to be rewarded for the flashes of brilliance they tend to move forward.

A leader recognises that unless his/her team is in alignment, execution of strategy will suffer thus they seek alignment before coming to a decision. How a leader responds to the dissenting and apart voices can often project the true mark of leadership greatness.

Good leader make sure they have great headlights and excellent tail lamps too. They recognise that there are folks behind who need to see the tail lamp for fulfilling their journey. Thus recognising your footsteps and tail is an important part of progressing and accomplishing.

Formula for success:
1. Every morning write down a list of things that need to be done that day
2. Do them. Make the best possible use of resources and complete it.

"The Pessimist complains about the wind.
The Optimist expects it to change.
The Leader adjusts the sails."
