Dealing With Different Types Of Customers
    As an employee or worker, we all have to know the ways by which we can handle the customers because growth of business is based on Customer satisfaction. If we deal with customers in a right way then our business level will increase.
 
CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR
       
    When dealing with any customer you should considers factors that may be affecting their behavior. Chossing the correct way of approaching this situation can greatly increase the change of  positive outcomes.

Basically , Customers are of three types:-

1.  Angry Customer 
          A slight mistake has made a customer mad.

    How to handle?
          1)  Firstly, we should concern with the customer and then identify the reason for what they become angry.
          2)  Apologize to the customer and say sorry for the mistakes.
          3)  Let the customer finish talking and listen to them attentively.
          4)  Be firm and polite else they may not happy and don't argue.
          5)  Observe the  problems and try to solve this as soon as possible and try to give better service.


2.  Demanding Customer
           This types of customer wants more than you can offer. They are not easily satisfied.

   How to handle?
        1)  Be firm and polite.
         2)  Be professional.
         3)   Avoid being too docile but don't be rude.


3.  Need Based Customer
            These customers are product specific and only tend to buy items which they are habituate to or have a specific need.

     How to handle?
         1)  Handle positively, give them ways and reasons to switch to other division products.
          2)   Identify and confirm Customer satisfaction.
          3)   Behave polite with Customers.

    In this way, we can deal with the different types of customers.
