What are the Major Causes for Educated Unemployment In India?

Unemployment is the main problem for India for many years. There are many educated graduates or postgraduate students who did not employ MNCs. There are many reasons behind these issues. It needs to be overcome for the development of individuals and the country. Many capable students are sitting at home. Poverty is increasing day by day. This is a serious issue in India. The government has implemented and opened many opportunities also but still, students are without a job. Let's through some light on some of the issues which lead to unemployment in the country. 

The population rate in India is very high. Competitions occur in occupying a vacant seat. Whoever first applies gets the job. This leads to unemployment for the late ones. Around crores of population graduate from the college and in lakhs population sit at home due to lack of vacancy. The available vacancy could not fill up the maximum population. The population is a high drawback for unemployment in India. 

Placement non-availability in the college is also a major problem for jobless students. They did not get campus facilities sometimes. And if they sit on the campus due to a large number of students they did not get the job. Because companies select only limited students. The institution is not capable of placing all the students. A proper strategy is missing in our colleges of India. They fail to give placement to all students. At the time of admission, they promise to give you a job but all students indeed get the job. Indian colleges do not have standards or capable enough to place all the students. 

Many unemployment reasons are unskilled or untrained students. They do not possess skills that's why they could not qualify for the job. MNCs look for skilled candidates if they lack leadership, management and do not have proper knowledge about the job, they are eligible for the job. Thousands of vacancies are generated but due to lack of knowledge about the job. The candidate remained unemployed.

For any job, a certain education is required. Many students do not have a graduation degree or any particular degree to apply for the job. This is the main reason for the unemployed. Without the right qualifications, you can not apply for the job. For example, if a person wants to do a job as a staff nurse if she or he does not have a B. Sc staff nurse training degree or knowledge e how she can be placed in a hospital. A proper training certificate or degree is needed. So education is required for doing the job. For an illiterate person, this will be a hindrance. Many populations of India are in rural areas. These people are not educated and they lack skills so these are the main reasons which create unemployment in India.

Many times employees are removed from the job due to various issues and disputes. This problem also causes an increase in the unemployment rate. 

The main focus should be to reduce the above problem. If this problem is solved then unemployment can be stopped to a great extent. Since a proper strategy should be followed so that everyone should get a chance to do the job.
