Recipe:

Ingredients : 


Peri peri masala : 

1tbsp red chilli powder 

1 tsp oregano 

1/2 tsp black salt 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/4 tsp amchur powder 

1 tsp ginger powder 

2 tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp sugar 


Creamy gravy :

1 tbsp butter 

1 tbsp olive oil 

2 tbsp maida 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 cup broccoli 

1/2 cup paneer 

1/2 cup carrots 

1/2 cup baby corn 

1/2 cup bell peppers 

1/2 cup capsicum 

1/2 cup grated cheese 

1 tsp pepper powder 

1 tsp mixed herbs 

1.5 cups milk 

Salt as per taste 


Garlic Rice : 

2 tbsp butter 

1 tsp oil

1 tbsp shopped garlic 

1 tsp mixed herbs 

1 tsp chilli flakes 

1 tbsp chopped basil


Method : 

                                                                          

For veggies : 

Heat some oil and butter . 

Add garlic powder , maida and mix well . 

Add milk and stir well. 

Bring it to boil, add all the herbs and veggies. Mix well. Lastly add cheese and paneer and mix everything! 

For peri peri masala : mix well all the ingredients. 

For rice : Heat some oil and butter. Add chopped garlic , coriander leaves and sauté well. Add rice and peri peri masala. Mix well!
