Maggi With a Soupy Twist

Maggi! I'm sure you're already imagining a very tasty and long masala maggi noodles. Who doesn't love Maggi! Everytime we are hungry we think of something that can be cooked quickly and effortlessly. Maggi is one such recipe that claims to be ready in 2 minutes. However, we all know that it takes atleast 5 minutes if not more! 🤭

Have you ever seen someone eat a Soupy maggi and felt your mouth watering? Yes! Maggi can be cooked in many ways and one of them is with a soupy twist. So if you wanna try somethinh different with that plain masala noodles, I have something delicious for you! Here's a recipe of Soupy Maggi with a twist.

You must be wandering that soupy could mean adding a little more water and cooking the Maggi. But by Soupy I mean literally a seperate soup. So let's get started with the quick recipe.
First of all let's list down all the ingredients needed.

✔️ 2 packs of Masala Maggi (You can take any type of noodles like Chings, Nestle, or any other)

✔️ 1 sachet of Chings Soup (I took Hot & Sour soup. You can try this recipe with Tomato Soup, Manchow or any other soup)

✔️ Small Chopped Carrots and Corn

✔️ Water and Oil

✔️ Oregano and Chilli Flakes to garnish

To begin with the recipe follow these steps:

🍜 Start by taking 1 glass of water in a pan and let it come to a boil. Once the water starts bubbling, add the maggi noodles in it with the chopped carrots and corn. Keep the flame on medium and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the water is completely absorbed by the noodles.
** The noodles should be 90% cooked.

🍜 Now strain the noodles and veggies and add just a teaspoon of oil to keep them from sticking.

🍜 For the soup, take the pan and add a glass full of water. Now let it boil for a while and add the soup sachet. Also, add the Maggi masala that comes in the Maggi packet. I prefer adding both packets of the masala. You can add only one packet if you wish. It won't take much time for the soup to thicken so keep stirring.

🍜 When you see the soup thicken and come to a boil, add the noodles and veggies and blend them well. Keep it on stove for a minute or two and take it out in a serving bowl.

Your delicious soupy maggi is ready. Just sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes on top and it's ready to serve. 🍜

My little sister loves this recipe a lot. She likes it because the noodles absorb a very tasty soupy flavor. 😊

Though Chings soup has some veggies in it, adding a few more will enhance the taste. Chings soup turns out to be quick and delicious. You can take any soup and any flavored maggi too. 😋😍

Do give it a try. I hope you like the recipe. Please comment your opinions and like and share the recipe with all Maggi lovers. ☺️❤️
