Three way to deal with negative thinking in an effective way!!

Hello fellows, i hope you all must be in pink of your health and must be following all the necessary precautions..So continuing with the daily 'Morning series ', I am here with the 8th EP... And I am very happy to continue this series, as you all are giving me so much love and support... 

But today is a very special day for me as well as for this series, because today's topic of my article is been requested by one my followers.. And firstly i can't define how much happy I am with this thing that people can look upon me to solve some of their issues and i don't think that any work can be greater than this.. Writing commercial articles, earning money, gets on one side but when someone finds real solution to their problems through your writings, that feeling is so mesmerizing.. 

So I thank that guy for trusting me and now without any further delay, let's get started.. 

"How to deal with negative thinking? "

A buzzing question right? 

I know many people, as well including Me someday or other, fall into the trap of negative thoughts. But knowing the problem doesn't matter, the solution matters. So today i will be discussing some effective methods to deal or avoid or overcome negative thoughts which will also include some precautions to be taken..

So let's start!!

1. Getting over social media life 

Now what does it mean to get over? Should we drop all social media accounts? No, never!!! Then what? Let me explain.. Do you ever self doubt yourself when you see a person of your age bragging with his SUV's and grabbing brand promotions.. Do you feel low when you see people flaunting their clothes and accessories? Then you are been supressed and made to feel that how weak you are, how you have lost everything in life and all such shit.. If you are a target of such things, then listen to me, stop following such people and follow those who are your idol in their field, like IAS, IPS officers.. 

2. Start practicing yoga 

Guys, we Indians have started following all the western traditions, but i don't oppose this, the sad part comes that we all are ignoring our true treasure.. YOGA, thousands of years of research and scientifically proven methods have been the roots of yoga.. Start observing yourself, the good inside you, discover it, explore it.. Trust me guys, magic doesn't exists truly as far as we know of Now, but the alchemy of yoga is exceptional. Give it a 16 days try for it as it is the first crossover.. 16 day rule and you will notice the change.. 

3. Start sharing your emotions and feelings with your family 

How often nowadys do you discuss on topics sitting on a dining table while having dinner? When did the last time you told your mom that you are quite tensed due to work pressure? If you can't remember, then it's alarming.. Your parents and close ones are always for you, somewhere you fail to reach out to them.. If you are far from your family, find someone with whom you can share your everyday bits... Understand that when you keep things to yourself, the same thought keeps buzzing in your mind,but when you share, the hormones get stabilized a bit and you feel comfy.. Try it the next morning during your breakfast and see the miracles happening.. 

Apart from these 3 solutions, there is one more issue with negative thinking, that is negative thoughts are more active when you lie down on your bed, empty minded but cannot sleep..Isn't this true? When you lie down and can't sleep, all the mistakes that you did in the whole day flashes apart your eyes and you feel guilty..This is somewhat not so easy to control as we are conscious humans, but then too, yoga will help you to get deep sleep as soon as you lie down, try some asana from the YouTube to get a gist of it..
