struggling teachers in online classes

With so many parents and students frustrated with online school, it’s important to remember that this is a difficult adjustment for teachers too. Most are working harder than they ever have before to teach the same curriculum in less time, with a different format, to students who may be distracted or disengaged.

There are many teachers who have not even used a smartphone once but have to use it for the sake of their children i.e. students. They have to learn it before teaching.

Their are many teachers who are teaching the same subject for 20 years but they have to catch students attention and make student hear what they are saying. There are many students who join the class and then they hop into other apps which teachers can't know. They have to control the students in online method which is very difficult for them.

Nit only this some students bully their teachers in this method changes the screen speak rubbit and then mute themselves. 

Parents are reporting that students are not studying but they don't pay attention to them that what are they doing during the online classes.

If parents will also support teachers then their will be healthy conversation and teaching learning process will go smoothly.
