Following diet plans and lifting heavy weights in gym has shown results for lot of people. But for how long can you strictly follow your diet and lift heavy equipment in gym.
Instead of adapting to a new lifestyle of gyming and eating new variety of foods. Let us bring slight lifestyle changes, by trying to avoiding sugar, maida, deep fried items, and packaged foods and the most important one is to eat before 7:30 pm and give your body a break of atleast 12 hours to digest food. So, for 12 hours you can eat your food and for another 12 hour you give your body a break to digest all the things you have eaten. Losing weight will help remove toxicity from your body, will keep you healthy for long run.
So, let’s stick to our traditional and way healthier alternative, where you will eat and still lose weight.
• After proper eight hours of sleep, starting your day will the most simple yet effective detox drink that is lemon and hot water.
• Don’t miss your breakfast, you will end up eating more. Have one or two chappati, with your favorite sabzi.
• After an hour or two if you feel hungry have any seasonal fruit. Skipping your post breakfast meal will again make you eat more at lunch.
• At lunch either have one or two chapatti with your favorite sabzi or have a small bowl of rice with dal and sabzi.
• For evening have a handful of dry fruits or makhana and peanuts.
• Make sure to have your lunch before 7:30 pm maximum. Again have your simple home cooked food.
All body types are beautiful even in their flaws. Weight loss should not be your aim because Who will marry pearl? Relatives taunt? Friends tease? Neighboring aunts make fun? You should only lose weight, because you feel like losing weight.
