HOW TO MAKE CHILLY PANEER AT HOME?

Chilli Paneer is a popular Indo-Chinese dish where cubes of fried crispy paneer are tossed in a spicy sauce made with soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce! Goes well with rice or noodles!

Indo-Chinese is a cuisine in itself and hugely popular back home in India.

It’s the Indian version of Chinese and as you can imagine has lots of vegetarian options and lots of spices too.

In fact, it’s so popular that we have an Indo-Chinese restaurant here in Seattle too!

I grew up loving Indo-Chinese, I actually thought this is how Chinese food was supposed to be.

It was  tasted some real Chinese food I realized how wrong I was!

They aren’t even remotely similar, first of all the Indian version has tons of vegetarian options, like if you go to an Indo-chinese restaurant, half of the options on the menu will be vegetarian and then of course the spices!

One of the really popular Indo-Chinese dishes is Chilli Paneer and I am really excited to share my restaurant style chilli paneer recipe with you guys today!

There are two types of chilli paneer that are popular in India – the dry version which is served as an appetizer and the gravy version which is eaten as a main course with rice or noodles.

I am sharing a semi-dry version with you guys today. It has a little sauce and you can serve it as an appetizer or even as a main course.

So lets make 

Ingredients:

1. Ginger-garlics paste 

2. Green chilli according to your taste

3. Capsicum

4. Onion

5. Paneer

6. Red chilli powder 

7. Black pepper 

8. Salt

9. Cornflour

10. Soya sauce 

11. Green chilli sauce 

12. Tomato 🍅 sauce 

13. Little bit vinegar 

Most of the ingredients are at home so it's not so much costly.... And it's taste mumma ❤😍 tries this recipe ❤

Recipe step by step :

Step 1. Cut paneer in cubic shape. Put it in a big plate and take red chilli powder and add water in some quantity make it thin water it treat roll as red chilli sauce and also provide color in our paneer (so here your red chilli sauce and colors rupees save 😇💯) .... Now on the paneer, spread cornflower and red chilli water and according to taste, add salt and mix it very softly so that paneer can't break....... 

Step 2. Fry the ready paneer cubes in oil... Till paneer cubes give golden color and make 😇crispy 

Step 3. Now take one or two spoon oil in kdhaayi or pot..... Now put ginger garlic paste when oil is hot..... Then fry one  min and add onion and green chilli then fry 3-4mins then add capsicum (make sure capsicum and onion are cut in big pieces) 

Then fry all these ingredients...... For 8-10mins 

Step 3. Add black pepper, red chilli water, cornflours water (add 1,2 spoon cornflour in water and cornflours water is ready), green chilli sauce (if you don't have buy 1 rupee sachet of green sauce according to your taste 'no. Of packets add if you want "), soya sauce only half or one spoon (don't add soya sauce too much).... Then add tomato sauce, salt (but put salt carefully because we add salt in paneer also and in soya sauce, salt is also available) then mix all these well... Add fried paneer and mix them .... After 5,10 mins close the gas.



Now tasty restraurant style chilli paneer is ready.
