HOW TO COOK EGG CURRY?

Ingredients : 

6 Eggs 
5 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cinnamon 
2 bay leaves 
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 dried red chilli 
2-3 green chillies
2-3 medium chopped onions
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 chopped tomatoes 
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder 
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1.5 cup water
Salt to taste

Procedure : 

1. In a pan cover eggs with cold water. Let it come to a boil. Cook eggs for 10-15 minutes on low-medium flame.
Transfer eggs to cold water. Peel the eggs after few minutes & poke them little with fork or a toothpick.

2. Heat oil in a pan when the oil becomes hot, add eggs one by one to the pan & toss carefully until it turns into golden brown. 
Remove & keep aside.

3. To the same pan, add butter to the remaining oil. When hot add bay leaves, cinnamon, dried red chilli and cumin seeds & let them sputter for few seconds.

4. Add green chillies & chopped onions. Mix and keep stirring.
The onions will soften and turn to golden brown.

5. Add ginger-garlic paste. Keep stirring & mixing until there is no raw smell left of paste.

6. Add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder & turmeric powder. Cook until tomatoes becomes soft and mixture is aromatic.

7. When you see oil separating from the mixture, it's time to add water. 

8. Season with salt, add garam masala & fried eggs to the pan.

9. Mix everything & cook for another 2-3 minutes.

10. Turn off & garnish with coriander leaves. 😊
