Why You Should WAKE UP early because when you focus on benefits you receive it becomes much easier to actually develop & stick to the habit..

* Waking up early can undoubtedly help you stay energetic all the day.

* Waking up early is necessary to stabilize your metabolic functionalities also.

* This is now proven fact that growing the habit of early in the morning can help you develop your mental health.

* Waking up early in the morning can passively play a key role to reduce stress within the shortest possible span of time.

How to MANAGE to Wake Up early ??

* One of the most important thing to wake up early is to SLEEP EARLY.
The ideal time to sleep at night is between 10-11 PM.

* Try to avoid usage of phones or laptops for minimum of half n hour before you go to sleep.
Radiation in the electronic devices control the production of MELATONIN which is a hormone that control sleep.

* Another important thing is you should put your alarm away from the bed so that you have to get up and get out of your bed to shut it down. By the time you will reach to your alarm you will already be up and away from your bed.

Get up & straight away WASH your face.

* One of the most important thing is you should need to know why you want to WAKE UP early ??
Come Up with a very strong reason; a goal that will get you up early & make you work on it.

What to Do When You Get Up ??

First thing not to do with your newfound early morning time: don't touch your phone for checking email, news, social media, blogs or else. Otherwise you will definitely stuck in some or other online platform. Don't waste this new time doing the samething you always do.

Here are Some ideas to practice that are better, in my experience:

* Drink lukewarm water. It'll make you feel more awake & fresh.

* Yoga & Meditation. It's such a great way to start your day.

* Exercise & Workout. Go for a walk or a run or do a home workout. Even just for 10 minutes.

*  If you can't do anything simply walk on grass. Walking early morning on the grass has numerous health benefits.

You will enjoy being with Nature, Peace, Beauty of Sunrise when we get up early.

& last but not the least. The whole idea is to turn this into habit. 
If you can manage to do this for minimum of 21 days this will become your habit & you will not even need an alarm to get up early.. 😊
