HOW TO HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE TOWARDS FITNESS.

Healthy people think about the positive benefits that fitness brings into their lives and how these benefits can improve their overall quality of life. Often, the most difficult part is beginning this cycle and engendering the pursuit of life long fitness.
Fitness is just like breakfast, need to be a part of daily life. Without your health, what else do you have ? To be honest here, fitness consists of every thing all together, from eating healthy to exercising regularly and sleeping properly . We all know, staying fit and incorporating a fitness regime is not a matter of joke ! But with the right attitude towards fitness, it will no longer seem daunting .  
                 First, we need to understand what fitness really is .....or  is not .
           True fitness encompasses your physical health, emotional health , and spiritual health . Without  these three components, you're not truly fit . When you consider fitness in levels of spiritual, mental, and physical, you can take baby step to get to where you want to go . You don't need to be a power lifter to be fit , all it takes is a little bit of work each day.

(1) Set realistic fitness goals :-  we all have moments when we feel extra motivated . In those moments, we tend to start setting lofty goals .when you are just starting out , it's best to smaller .
When creating fitness goals, there are a few tips to keep in mind  : 
1) Track your progress and feelings in a fitness journal .
2) Make sure to measure your improvement or programs lap time, reps , amount of weight lifted , and so on .
3) Assess your typical workout routine to find out what exercises you enjoy the most or where your workouts should fit in your schedule.
4) Be sure to establish rewards for reaching your goals.

(2)Eat healthy : - Exercise and healthy eating go hand and hand . When you pay attention to what you put into your body and choose to eat right, you'll start to feel better overall . If you're exercising and eating healthy the majority of the time , indulge in your favourite foods with zero guilt given . This lifestyle of eating healthy isn't a one week or three month excursion it's meant to be with us forever.
Calorie counting gets out of hand when you start to obsess over your daily choices. calorie counting doesn't mean hitting your exact goal to the tee or it's failed day . If you want 150 grams of protein, but only reach 135 grams , then that's a good job all on its own.

(3) You think fitness is a one trik pony :- 
Allow your self to explore different styles of strength training. The beauty about fitness is that there isn't only one way to go about exercising. discover a form of yoga that you enjoy . Fitness is meant to tag along while you live a fulfilling and adventurous life not become a dictator of your life . Fitness is meant for exploration not pigeon holing your self in to a one size fits all strategy .
           Try new activities and see what strategy. just because you are not at a gym,. It doesn't mean you can't improve your fitness . it's not always easy to get in the mood to exercise . 
But remember that it's up to you to trun things around : - 

1) Hang on to that great feeling you have after a workout .
2) Set realistic goals so you can hold your self accountable.
3) Invest in the right equipment and workout clothes . 
4) Make sure you are working out in a setting you enjoy .
5) Eat healthy and avoid drinking too much alcohol .


(4)  You workout to impress others :- 
What's your motivation for working out ? Your social circle ? Your boyfriend or girlfriend ? Your pretend friends on Facebook ?  
Who cares if your abs are or aren't perfectly symmetrical ? Who cares if you perform CrossFit  , are into bodybuilding , or even general strength training? And ladies, it doesn't matter if your legs aren't toned to perfection. 
                     Do not waste your time worrying about the minutiae of details you have a life to live .
Sustainability with fitness comes from a fire with in that will always burn no matter the outside world's  opinion .

Let go of your excuses . There isn't a better time to start than  right now . Your setbacks and resistances are blessings in disguise to help you grow . Some thing will always show up and try to stop you . 
Will you quit and claim , " weight loss isn't for me " and I 'll start back once life settles down ?
